Yes. The Income, Dividend, Super and Expense trackers are free with an account so your history saves and stays available across visits and devices. Pro raises the row limit tenfold and adds the investor suite.
Yes. Entries you log are tied to your own account and are only visible to you.
Yes, tracked data can be exported (for example CSV for expenses) for your own records or to hand to your accountant.
Because the records that reduce a tax bill are the ones that exist. A deduction you cannot substantiate is one you cannot safely claim, and the detail that makes a claim defensible — the date, the purpose, the work-related portion — is the first thing memory loses. Tracking as you go also means the year's position is visible in June while you can still act on it, rather than in October when the year is closed.
A calculator answers a question once from figures you type in and forgets them. A tracker keeps a running record you add to over time, so it can show a trend, a year-to-date total and a comparison against last year. Several trackers feed the calculators — logged dividends and income become the inputs a tax estimate would otherwise ask you to re-enter.
No. Expenses and dividends accept a CSV import, and a recorded payslip can be re-used rather than retyped each period. The trackers deliberately do not connect to a bank feed: reading a bank account would make this a very different service, with obligations to match.
Nothing is deleted. The trackers are free-account features and stay usable at the free row limit; Pro raises that limit and adds the investor suite on top. If you cancel, your history remains and can still be exported.
